Jan 25, 2026 Unraveled an old Ralph Lauren sweater I had thrifted a long time ago. I loved its color but not the fit, its associations with an ex-partner doesn't help decided to do something symbolic and turn it into a sweater for my mom. As usual, I frogged and restarted the first few rows 5 times taught myself the crocget cast on, i didnt like it at all so i stuck with the long tail over double needles. i casted on 90 stitches for the neckline as I'm using smaller needles and thinner yarn. feb 1, 2026 taught myself combination ribbing for a neater 1x1 rib, but ended up not really doing it may 26, 2026 started working on it again.
